How it tastes: Aromatic bouquet featuring baked apple notes with hints of yellow fruits and white flowers, complemented by mineral undertones. Perfectly balanced with a remarkable energy.
How it's made: Initial natural fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, during the second traditional bottle fermentation (following the champagne process), the wine is left to age on the fine lees for a minimum of 10 months before undergoing disgorgement, low sulphites added.

Blend : 70% Grenache, 10% Syrah, 9% Cinsault, 6% Carignan, 4% Mourvèdre et 1% Counoise
Method : Destemmed, light press, 5 days macération, 2 months stainless steel. Unfiltered, light sulphites added at bottling.

How it's made: Manual harvest. Maceration 8 days. Fermented separetly with natural yeasts. Aged for 3 months in concrete, without fining and without filtration. No additives except low dosage of sulfur.

How it tastes: Bubbly and delightful! A Pet'Nat with red fruit notes, wonderfully juicy, and very natural, as skillfully crafted by Maxime and Angela.
How it's made: The wine undergoes a natural co-fermentation, with two days of skin maceration, employing the Pet Nat method. Gently disgorged six months later, no additives added.
