Beaujolais-Villages Blanc 2023

Farming: Organic
Method: Low intervention
Alc: 12.5%
How it tastes: Notes of apple, white nectarine, and yellow plum. Soft texture with low acidity.
How it's made: Hand-picked, natural fermentation, 70% vinified in clay vessel (5hl) and new barrels, no additives, small sulphites added.

Terre de Roche Rouge 2023

Method: Natural
Alc: 12.5%
How it tastes: Bouquet of blackcurrant and raspberry aromas, hints of violets and leafy notes adding complexity with an elegant and structured palate.
How it's made: De-stemmed, natural fermentation in concrete vats then vinified in terracotta barrel (5l) for 4 months, no sulphites added, unfiltered.

Gamaret Terre de Roche 2021/22

How it tastes: Beautifully balanced with notes of cocoa, blackcurrant, spices, licorice, and violet. Well-structured with smooth tannins.
How it's made: Hand-picked, natural fermentation, macerated for 8 days, and aged in two amphora vessels, no additives, unfiltered.

Brouilly en Jarre 2018/2019/20

How it tastes: Full of character, with a juicy texture and flavours of dark berries, complemented by subtle floral aromas.
How it's made: 10 days maceration, natural fermentation, vinification 2018 in 10hl clay vessel for 6 months and 2019/20 (5hl) for 10 months, unfiltered.

Morgon en Jarre 2020/21/22

How it tastes: Dense dark berries fruit aromas with notes of graphite and violet.
How it's made: 14 days maceration, natural fermentation, vinification of the 3 vintages in 5 hl clay vessels, unfiltered, no additives.
