How it's made: Harvest done by hand, carbonic maceration in stainless steel vat, bottled in January, unfiltered.

How it tastes: Complex with smooth texture, featuring notes of English candy, woodland fruits, and subtle hints of cashew nut.

How it's made: Field blend, seven-day maceration, natural fermentation in stainless steel tanks. Maturation for 18 months, with 50% ageing in old barrels. No additives and unfiltered.
