2021 Icarus

Soils: Reddish, quartz, stony clays and blue slate
Blend: 50 year old vines Riesling from Piesport
Method: Hand picked in October, 24h whole bunch
maceration in 500L barrels then aged for 12 months in 300L barrels. Unfined and unfiltered.

2020 Guet-Apens

Soils: 0.40h, organic and biodynamic marl, clay-limestone
Blend: Muscat Ottonel, Sylvaner, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris from Domaine Albert Hertz, Eguisheim.
Method: Whole clusters, direct press, a cuvée resulting from the co-fermentation of grape varieties, 12 months of aged in old oak barrels, no additives, unfiltered, only a little addition of sulphur at bottling.

2022 Petits Sylphes

Soils: 600m above sea level, South-East facing, clay-limestone and stony.
Blend: Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Ugni Blanc, Chasselas, Chenin Blanc, Marsanne, Petite Arvine, Carignan Blanc.
Method: Natural co-fermentation in stainless steel, Chenin Blanc fermented separately. Aged for 5 months in concrete tanks, without additives. low sulphites added at bottling, unfiltered.

2022 Petite Fugue

Blend: Syrah
Method: Direct press, natural fermentation in concrete and matured for 3 months, no additives, unfiltered.

2020 Queue de Pressoir

Blend: 70% Segalin 30% Malbec
Method: Direct press (infusion) of the Segualin, addition of 30% "end of press" Malbec, natural co-fermentation in concrete vats. Low sulphites are introduced during bottling, gentle filtration process, no additives.

2022 Pet’ Native Blanc

Method: The entire clusters undergo direct pressing,
