How it tastes: Rich and complex Riesling, showcasing nuances of peach, pear, citrus zest, and acacia flowers. Its freshness persists through to the finish, which is marked by exceptional minerality.

How it's made: The entire bunch undergoes complete malolactic fermentation using natural yeasts. Vinification and maturation occur in new barrels for a duration of 12 months, without the use of additives and without filtration.
