Grape: Sylvaner and Gewurztraminer from Albert Hertz's vineyards (Alsace), Pinot Noir and Gamay from Domaine de la Légèreté's vineyards (Lorraine)

Alc: 12.5%

How it tastes: Refreshing with sweet red berries and tropical notes. 

How it's made: 60 % Pinot Noir (direct press) from Lorraine + 10% Gewurztraminer maceration for 1 week + 25 % Sylvaner 1 week maceration and 5% Gamay rouge (2 weeks maceration). Aged 8 months on the lees in Foudres.
