How it tastes: Flavours of strawberries and cream, green apple, and lemon zest, complemented by red and yellow fruits, finished with subtle notes of nuts. 

How it's made: Initial natural fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, during the second traditional bottle fermentation (following the champagne process), the wine is left to age on the fine lees for a minimum of 9 months before undergoing disgorgement, low sulphites added.
