How it tastes: A unique wine with very low alcohol, yet incredible complexity and length. It offers notes of blood orange and sweet red berries.

How it's made: Manual harvest. Maceration 8 days. Fermented separetly with natural yeasts. Aged for 3 months in concrete,  without fining and without filtration. No additives except low dosage of sulfur.
