How it tastes: Aromatic blend of fruit, citrus, and wildflowers with herbal note and a crisp mineral finish.

How it's made: Whole clusters, direct press, a cuvée resulting from the co-fermentation of grape varieties, 12 months of aged in old oak barrels, no additives, unfiltered, only a little addition of sulphur at bottling.
