How it tastes: Chardonnay is dominated by primary characteristics, showcasing bright notes of grapefruit and hints of chamomile accompanied by a touch of saline minerality. The ageing process in terracotta vessels enhances the complexity and freshness of the wine.

How it's made: Whole clusters, direct press in concrete vats, natural fermentation, aged for 3/4 months in terracotta jar (1l), low sulphites added at bottling, filtered.
