How it tastes: Showing a subtle oxidative nuance from the yeast film that developed during vinification, this wine is both powerful and refined. There is no sweetness on the palate, as Vanessa meticulously vinified it until all residual sugar was eliminated. Unique, the wine boasts notes of mandarin, nuts, and sweet spices.

How it's made: Direct press, undergoes natural fermentation in stainless steel. Vinified in tanks for one year, followed by an additional four years in aged barrels. No additives, no added sulphites, and remains unfiltered.
